I used Foxie and Wolfie by Ekaterina Filippova-Blanchard as a reference. It’s a FABULOUS pattern! It’s in worsted, though. So, I wound up making three in varying sizes and mods until I found what I thought was the best one for my adult, fox loving stepdaughter.
Here are my mods for future reference (without giving away any of Ekaterina’s secrets):
Child sized: CO 44, 12R.
Adult sized: CO 50, 14R.

Notions: three 0.5 inch buttons for each hat.
