The instructions called for intarsia for the rosebuds. I tried it and it looked horrible due to the small number of stitches in the motif. I wound up knitting the entire thing plain (boorrring) then swiss darning the adorable little rosebuds in at the end (that’s the PIA part). The basic pattern was great. I would make it again with interesting yarn and no rosebud design.
