I only used hand dyed yarn for this, I had several kgs of double knit blanks, and I hand dyed them in my kitchen using Gay Wool Dyes from the Threshing Barn.

I kept to greens and reds and the colour combination worked out nicely.

Some of the 12” squares were simply too complicated for me, but there are lots out there so for some I slipped in other designs, but never the less, Im very pleased with this nice warm and cosy throw I have ended up with.
