This boy pattern does not have “underwear” so I used the same method of seaming for the legs that I did for the nether region. That is, a mattress stitch between up-facing v’s and down-facing v’s. I started each seam 5 stitches from the body back seam and the leg tails. I also used a spare piece of body-colored yarn to seam the nether regions. It turned out quite nice. I get more confident with these finishing techniques with each toy I sew.

I am just doing the clothing now.

For clothing, I am making a blue and white striped sweater, blue shorts in the linen fabric with half linen stitch, a checked sweater (from the ram pattern) in orange and brown, and a pair of overalls in blue.
