One ball of yarn had a knot, which in this yarn came apart with the slightest pull… not cool at this price range.

I used every last bit of yarn. Had to patch up a bit for the BO.

I should have thought earlier how to join tube yarn: thread one end and slip into the tube on the other end. A few stitches with sewing thread to secure. I did this for the three bits I needed to finish BO, but not for all the other joins I have throughout the shawl. Next time.

For the other ends, I did some duplicate stitch in opposite directions, then sewed down the tape to the purl bumps, with sewing thread. It is actually easier and neater when joining in the middle of somewhere rather than the edges.

BTW I LOVE how this knitted tube string yarn thing knits up, looks and feels. Will repeat.
