The Plan :
st st body until 235sts, then 1 repeat of the lace body. Lifelines and crossed fingers, hoping I have enough handspun to finish the shawl. I can skip the optional row, and the picot bind off if necessary.

The reality

after a few rows, switched back to the “old” increases (k2 yo …. yo k2 on WS, k2 kyk … kyk k2 on RS). I think all the YOs help keep the edge loose enough. + I hate doing mR and mL).
