After a difficult start it’s finally under way!

This is going very slow with many un-ravel episodes slightly_frowning_face

Even though the design seems to me brilliant, this pattern is -at least for my limited crochet experience - poorly written. The schematic is totally unintelligible to me. I find it frustrating and hope the other patterns in the book are not as succinct!

I am now at my second row of flowers but can’t make the first flower (around the sdc/1st st) look nice. I am continuing with no flower at the side seams.

  • next round: 10 dc; start the flower 1st row; after flower 3: 22 dc; after 3 flowers: 10dc
  • continue with next round flower patt
