my gauge is a smidge tighter than the pattern suggests (5.25 st/in vs 5), so going with a S to get something between the XS and the S.

finished measurements:
35” bust ~ 1.5” of positive ease
14” length = my new favorite!

super happy with how this turned out and I would definitely recommend my yarn choice for someone who wants a quick, easy, and (relatively) inexpensive knit. the finished fabric definitely feels like a cotton sweater (it’s really nice against my skin), but it’s not heavy - I think the looser gauge is the key.
