1-30-2014 - had one mitt for last night’s walk and I’ll have two for this morning’s! super quick and fun knit!!

1-29-2014 - took Holly out this morning and it’s COLD. need mittens, not mitts. Casting on and hoping they go fast so I can wear them (or at least one!) before her evening walk.

my palm is 7-1/4”. casting on for size 7 with 32 stitches.
worked cuff for 16 rnds. did a fake cable (k2tog and then knit the first stitch and slide both off the needle) on rnds 2, 6, 10, 14.

increased 3 st on first stockinette rnd (kfb on 10th, 22nd, 32nd stitches). worked 5 rnds even. started gusset on rnd 7.

decr 3 st on rnd 42 (k10, k2tog, k9, k2tog, k10, k2tog) and start top.

for top, worked decreases on rnds 1, 3, 5, 7, 8, 9.

worked thumb 12 rnds and then worked decreases.
