I’m in between sizes - 33-1/2” bust and 9-1/2” upper arm - my swatch measured dead-on for stitch gauge and slightly loose (1 row over 4”) on rows. I think it’s going to work to knit the 40” for stitches and the 34” for rows - and knit the sleeves for the smallest size. We’ll see! Also, I knit my swatch on size 4 needles, the size suggested in the pattern - so I’m following the rest of the needle suggestions as written.

really pleased with the finished sweater! the finished body is about 12” (perfect for high-waisted pants) and the sleeves end about 3” past my elbows. the fit is similar to some of the boxy cropped t-shirts I bought this summer and I love it!
