10-6-11 - I’ve worn it twice - one of my favorite pieces!

10-4-11 - the back was easy to knit. and the finishing was WAY faster than I thought it would be. happy happy!

10-1-11 - finished the circular strip - LOVE the way the yarn shows off the stitch details (but boy do I hate knitting with 3 strands of yarn held together!)

9-22-11 - AARRRGGHHH - I was on the 1st eyelet round and discovered my piece was twisted. how did that happen? I ripped and seriously considered abandoning the project. but I didn’t. cast on again. knit an inch of seed stitch again. and 1-1/4 inches of stockinette. and now I’m 2 rows away from the eyelet round. and my piece is not twisted (whew!)

9-2-11 - KAL kicks off today; I went ahead and cast on my 306 stitches and knit the first round just to be sure it wasn’t twisted…
