Self folding band in 1:1 rib, 150 needles wide, 40 rows.
Then 80 RC fair isle. Knit all needles from FB and BB together with N/N, transfer FB stitches to BB, then 1 row N/GX, throw off with waste yarn and cast off by hand.
If you measure the Norway lying smoothly, the band is 20 inches (50 - 51 cm) wide and 3 1/2 inches (8,5 c- 9 cm) high.
