Small newborn size socks and mitts, patterned in the round with
6 rows CX 0 / CX 0 Color 1
2 rows CX < / CX < Color 1
4 rows DX 0 / DX 0 Color 2

10:10 bb and fb
4 ply sock wool, ss 5,5 for toes and heel and 5 for the tuck pattern

There are other functioning solutions for tubular, but in my opinion the one above is the best.

Also a newborn sleeping bag, seamless, started with a „toe“ that is like a toe of toe-up socks, ended with 2:1 mockrib, folded with open stitches which are fixed inside the welt. Leave a small opening of about 4 stitches to be able to imsert and exchange an elastic.
40:40 fb and also bb
ss 5.5 for the pattern, 6.5 for mockrib, keep well weighted, watch the edge stitches.
„Toe“-part as usual with 5 stitches short-rowed at each side.
