Notes

11/09: Finally got the little lady to try on her sweater, and the fit across the back is now great. Love it! She seems to like it too :)

10/28: And after tinkering with the pattern a bit and ripping back save the sleeves to reknit to the revised pattern specs, I am just a few rows away from finishing the shawl collar. Then all that’s left to do is graft the sleeves back on and I will be finally, finally finshed!

10/17: One sleeve complete, working button band now, because the last thing I knit on any sweater must be a sleeve. I will actually finish this one this weekend, complete with toggles, because I already have the perfect ones!

These were meant to become winter hats, but Addie wants a snowflake sweater of her own, and she loved the mourning dove and honey color combination (she gave me a jumping up and down affirmative to using honey for the colorwork and the shawl collar).

My goal is to complete this little guy by the end of the weekend and snap some cute photos when she and I are at home together on Columbus Day.
