The first instalment in the Minilicious KAL has two of my fave things - garter stitch and rainbows.

Starting from a garter tab the shawl increases asymetrically then moves in to a section of different coloured short row “wedges”

The short rows create a slightly curved edge rather than a true triangle. I decided to block my shawl out with a deliberate curve to accent this feature further. You could easily pin it to a more regular shape if you prefer.

This is a very simple, straightforward knit and so hard to put down once you start knitting !
