I’ve been in a bit of a knitting funk this last week or so and wanted something fun to knit. This little heart was just the thing !

The pattern is charted so for the most part I followed the graph and looked at the pictures, because I don’t speak a word of Norwegian.

Nor can I crochet, but why let that put me off ? (I know how to do a double and a treble and that is my entire crochet skill set) Again, I had to wing this bit. I worked a chain all around the sides to join front and back, then did 5 dc in to each 3rd ch. The result is a bit frillier than the original !

The smoked texture really makes this design for me. A fun little knit for Sunday afternoon.
