Notes

** January 06, 2018 ** I actually knitted something!
It’s been a long while and I did wonder if I would remember how to cast on, etc. but it all came back as if I had never left off. I used Sugar ‘n Cream in the Moondance colourway and I like the colours very much. This is a very easy and quick design and one that I will make again (hopefully soon!).

I knit these cloths with the leftovers from a ball of Sugar ‘n Cream ombre after knitting a Modified Feather & Fan cloth (which uses approx. 54-57 yards). I used approx. 38-40 yards (35-37 metres) for the Basket Rib cloth.

I added a few rows of garter stitch to top and bottom and did 10 repeats of the 4 row pattern, and enough left to make a small hanging loop, with about 12 to 18 inches left over.

I’ve been using these cloths to wash my dishes and they are the perfect size - not too big, not too small, just right - and the hanging loop is a bonus as it helps the cloth to air dry faster.
