3/3/09 - Well, I’m officially 1/2 way through the pattern, and less than 1/2 way through the green yarn. This is encouraging.

3/1/09 - Somehow I think that once I’m past 50% the second half will go quicker than the first. This is true, right? At least I get better at fixing mistakes as they come along. Also, the pattern is more clear the longer the blanket is…for a while I was concerned that it would be too subtle, but I think it’s coming out nicely

2/22/09 - Got hit with a nasty cold and schoolwork, drastically slowing down the progress on the blanket. I’m just done with the first skein of green, and I’m only at the bottom of the roof of the non-fallic building. Hopefully I’ll have enough

2/5/09 - Done with the bean! I may consider filling it in next time. I have some faith that as the blanket grows, the illusion pattern will be easier to see, but it’s a bit skunched up now

1/28/09 - Swatched on Size 6 needles; the fabric looks to loose, so going down to size 5. Hooray nitpix needles!
