Notes

My first poncho in 41 years! Easy pattern with a very clear chart. I enlarged the chart 400% so I could see the tiny symbols at the corner increases.

Mods: omitted the last 4 rows of the pattern.
Substituted 6 rows of a shell and bar border, inspired by MyDailyFiber’s Shawl of Happy.

The photos do not do justice to the silver and gold colours and metallic threads in this beautiful yarn.

Feb. 17 - finished, just needs blocking.
Feb. 24 - blocking. Pin and spritz. Want to avoid the stretching that’s been mentioned with this yarn. I gently stretched only the border, and just patted the body into place.
