Notes

My grandma (Grandma Goose) was an amazing, talented woman and a master of needlepoint. She encouraged my sister and I to be creative and to make things as an everyday part of life. We recently inherited many of her needlepoint pieces, along with dozens of my grandpa’s paintings. Even though she’s gone, she continues to inspire and amaze us daily.
My sister crocheted the accompanying portrait of my grandpa.

Here’s a bit about how I made the chart.
In photoshop:
Convert to black and white, adjust contrast.
Posterize with 3 levels.
Filter/Noise/Median.
ctrl+shift+n to make new layer with clipping mask, color in more detail.
Filter/Pixelate/Mosaic 25 cell size
Posterize with 3 levels again.

Imported into Google Draw with graph lines for chart.

Size: 36 inches tall x 32 inches wide
