Officer Snippets is in charge of snipping the yarn of Sir Reginald Wiggly when he has completed his piece. Despite having 8 arms, a gentleman can’t be asked to do everything! And Snippets, here, has 8 as well but two are practically made for snipping and snapping, so he’s much more suited to the task.
