Notes

I am a tight knitter and I double-checked my gauge. I needed to increase to a US 5 so I cast on with a US 7.

I wanted this to be slightly larger than the store sample, so my cast on is 182 stitches.

So far, the hardest bit has been the cast on and the first row.

Picking it up again and joined in the round forveasier knitting.

The round is easily large enough to be a cowl and the the tube will look lovely as a long scarf

Adding second cone of washi- been adding extra stitches every so often. Unclear what I’m making but I’m enjoying making it.

Added second cone of Niji.

Adding third cone of washi

Just finished the third cone of washi.

Starting new cones in both yarns. Holding the extra Niji aside to double up the the current cone when I do the bind off.

Stitches are over 900 on the needles

Switched to a 60” addi lace rocket turbo

Stitches on needle now 1086.
