Dec 31: Started the edging and add to pull back to get the sizing correct. I didn’t want the young lady I am making this for to be tripping on the piece. I did the first section of edging and then did shells over that row (5dc over each gap and a sc into each space between the dc). I ran out of the second skein just shy of the finish line.

1/4/2015: I couldn’t find another skein of Claret at the local Michael’s so I pulled it back and changed the last row to alternating 3DC and 5 DC shells with a slip stitch between the 2DCs in the row below. Finished with 7” to spare.
