Fast and easy. Finished in a couple hours. Felted. Just need to add the tassel. Very cute! My cat and dogs are thrilled…ha!ha!

OMG! I love this so much! My dogs…not so much…the cat…I can’t find to try it on him, BUT I LOVE it!

Notes: Felted twice (front loading machine), dried on a Vintage Don Ho Cocktail glass (perfect shape!), attached tassel and then glued a piece of foam rubber in the top to help hold shape. Put some wire and hem tape around the bottom edge to help hold shape. Skinny Elastic band to hold on dog heads.
