holding yarn double

24.11.2023 - provisional cast on of 112sts. with 3.75mm circular needle. After 2 rows of 2/2 ribbing switched to 4mm needles.
Knitted 7cm, followed by an eyelid row and another 7cm of ribbing. Picked up the provisionally cast on sts. and knitted them together with the life sts, thus doubling the brim.
Changed to 4.5mm needles for the body.
Since I want a slouchy version of this beautiful hat, Anne-Lise advised following:
Knit
Rounds 1-4
Rounds 5-8 three times
then an extra time
Rounds 1-4
Rounds 5-8 three times
(adding 16 rows)
after that continuing with the standard pattern.
