SOCKDOWN 8! SEPTEMBER 2014

25/10: Finally picking these up again after I put them down to finish other projects. The chances of me finishing them before the end of the month and meeting the SKA deadline are pretty small but there’s no harm in trying!

31/10: I did it! Right on the last day too so had to take some quick pics before baby wakes up.
I really loved knitting these socks. There’s so much happening that I found I knit them quite fast as I was eager to see the pattern forming. I’d never done a gusset that way before either so it was great to learn a new skill (plus, no picking up stitches that way, what a win!).
