At last year’s yarn exchange, Bryan (fabulous owner/bartender friend at O’Byran’s Nine Irish Brothers Pub) brought in a couple of skeins of yarn he had inherited (and I don’t remember where from - and aunt or grandma who had passed?). The skeins didn’t have labels on them, but they were a lovely bulky yarn in my favorite color - burgundy, so I grabbed those two skeins for my stash.

I decided that I would take those two skeins that Bryan brought in and return them back to him as something he could wear.

Pattern is super simple - 3 x 1 rib with an off set k,p at each of the ends to keep it from rolling too badly.

After blocking the scarf, I’m pretty sure some portion of this yarn is acrylic, just based on the “crunch” of the yarn when I washed it.
