This has got to be one of the fastest projects I’ve knit to date. Very simple pattern, and since I had to sit through a bunch of online seminars this week, I had time to just sit and knit.

I’m slightly disappointed though -- only because the pattern said I needed 200 yards and the skein I wanted to use was only 130 yards. Consequently, I only knit the 1x1 ribbing for 5-1/2” instead of the 6” suggested by the pattern. Turns out I easily had enough left over to do a few more rows (even with the yardage required to add the tassel at the end). Adding that extra 1/2” would have made a nice difference when rolling up the rim.
