Notes

Some modifications as suggested by designer. Did welt alternate with extra decreases along the top edge, and wedge alternate: D 18 times, E 4, F 4, G 4. Total of 33 wedges. Followed the designer’s instructions for blocking and had no problem getting the top edge fairly straight. I was wishing I had a long gradient yarn to use for this, but I’m very glad I went ahead and used the yarn I had. The Hawthorne is really nice to knit with.
