I’m attempting double knitting! I love the look of colour work but not the floats, so here goes. So far I have plans for cups of tea, cake, sheep, dragons, ravens and of course cats.

I’m doing 72 stitches across, plus two extra stitches either end- so a total of 152 stitches per row.

FINISHED! I am so happy with this scarf, it’s been a huge amount of fun to knit and I’m almost looking forward to winter when I can wear it. Finished length is 7 feet 9 inches and I estimate there’s about 190 hours of knitting time in it.
