Found it easier to do the first part of this pattern (the edge) on DPNs since it’s across so few stitches.

This is the second pattern I’ve knit that uses the yo at the start of a row to make a lovely loop that makes it simple to pick up stitches later. Genius.

Also liked the kitchener at the end. Thought it would look funny since this isn’t a tube, but it looks great.
