Only took a couple of hours. Used up a little over half the cake. Pattern was well-written and easy to follow. Will make more when my fur pompoms arrive!

I think this yarn is closer to a light worsted than a true dk. Hat turned out larger than toddler; will fit a young child instead (or a toddler with a big head lol).
