Hypomyces Lactiflourum, aka Lobster Mushroom
I borrowed part of the cap #2/3 from Thicc Mushroom Lady pattern, leaving the face relatively smooth from gills, and a tiny bit of stuffing at the bottom of the head to give it a more rounded head than in the larger versions.
