158 ends, 23” per towel, 69”x 80 black, 69” x 78 purple haze, plus loom take up waste… approximately 155.3yd black & 151.5” ombre including waste for warp, plus additional ~33.6yd black and 26.9yd purple haze ombre for weft.

10 picks of white #10 cotton crochet thread as hem before and after each 20” towel, separated by a removable single pick of thin contrasting color yarn or embroidery floss, to remove before or after zig zag stitching at the edge of each towel before cutting them apart.

After towels have been cut with ends trimmed, handwash a few times in detergent with color catchers, then add white vinegar and detergent to a soak before rinsing out and machine washing and drying, then iron, fold hems and stitch with 2 thin lines of zig zag stitching before washing again a few times to shed lint/excess dye and to allow cotton to contract/full and close gaps between stitches. Iron and gift or use.
