08/19 - I am making this scarf for a friend’s daughter. She said I could pick the colors (from a range) and the yarn! Weeee! This yarn is so lovely and soft. It is very nice to work with as well. Project started.

08/20 - Today is my mom’s birthday! As for the scarf - it is coming along nicely. I don’t like how it looks without the edging, but I know it will look great once the sc is in place.

All I have left is to block it! I haven’t ever blocked anything, but it sounds pretty easy. :)

Also, the yardage used is a guess. I really have no idea. You can see what is left in the third picture.
