Notes

I just kind of winged this. I got the yarn in a bag for $1.99 at Value Village with some other stuff, and fell in love with the squishiness. It’s very fuzzy and I got fiber all over my shirt (black jersey material--the hair was apparent) while I was knitting with it, but I could not stop because it’s SO soft.

CO 98 on size 5 circular needle, and I just went until there was no more purple left.

Switched to size 7 circular, attached pink, did 8 rounds, attached white and improvised a heart pattern, which really isn’t very visible or well done honestly. Then I broke off the white and did 8 more rounds of pink to finish that band, which ended up being almost all of the pink. I think I have maybe 2 yards left. The rest is white, and I think I started decreases 3 rounds into that color block. (k2tog, k6) 1 round, then I just eyeballed the rest of the decreases to line up, knitting 1 round in between decrease rounds.

This is the fuzziest, softest hat I’ve ever seen.
