Casting on this thing is a BITCH. Amending the pattern cause I only have 2 colors-gifted by my sister a ton of homespun she needed to offload.

Pattern color adaptation:
color one: cast one and knit with 4 strands of MC for 6 rounds.

Next 6 rounds, knit with 3 strands MC, 1 strands CC
next 6, knit 2 strands MC, 2 strands CC
next 6, knit with 1 strand MC, 3 strands CC
next 6, knit with 4 strands CC

Then you continue that pattern shifting the colors until you do then entire sequence of pattern shifts twice or until the blanket is long enough basically. I started on MC (6 rounds of MC 4 strands) and ended on MC (6 rounds of MC 4 strands). Tho I ran out of the CC nice blue yarn before I could do the full second chunk of blue so I kind of amended that one and only did up to 3 strands CC/1 strand MC and added another 2 rows of it to compensate, but it doesn’t really matter since the yarn shifts color so much. It’s truly whatever you want it to look like and you can just let the color of the shifts decide your blanket colors.
