Size 8 for outside layer, 7 for inside layer. Cast on 76 stitches. Kfb each stitch with kfb loop using contrasting yarn and #7’s.

Knit until 6.5 inches then reduce. Starting with k4, k2tog

Horns: cast on fifteen. Knit three rounds, reduce three total, knit two rounds, reduce three total, knit two rounds, reduce three total. Close off stuff and attach times two.

round 1: k4, k2tog
round 2: knit
round 3: k3, k2tog
round 4: knit
round 5: k2, k2tog
round 6: knit
round 7: k1, k2tog
round 8: knit
round 9: k2tog all
round 10: k2tog all

pull yarn through loops and close. make sure you finish up the inner one first, then bring the outer section up and reduce it around the inner portion. I tie the leftover yarn at the end together at the joining bit to keep it secure then tuck in the ends between the layers.
