Rye Bourbon Colorway is made as pattern.

Nocturne Colorway has adjustments below.
I altered this pattern here are my notes.

MadTosh held double.

CO 60, join to knit in the round. Follow pattern as directed. I knit ribbing until 3” from cast on (I plan on repeating and making this less).

Then worked in body pattern until measured 6” from cast on. In the worsted pattern (held single) the decreases added 1.5” to the length. It was the same when I held the yarn double.

My final measurements were 7.5” length and 7” unstretched flat at the brim. This appears to make it a very snug beanie as my husband wanted. Will add photos when I can get him to wear it.
