My head is 23” hers is 21”. I plan on using this as way to work on hat sizing for future blog posts.
Mathematically, it looks like it should be a foundation row of 78.

Foundation row measures 21” unstretched for 21” head.

The second and third rows tighten up the foundation row which is why you can’t just measure the foundation row. Big worm won’t get as tight as no more snow since all hdc and dc and fuller edging.
The good part about using Sheepish is that if the hat is too small, just steam it and the acrylic will expand.
