Dont like how the cone came out. It took a long time too. Will do 3 increases per row instead of 2 so it doesnt have a swirl around it.

Redid the cone and it is smaller, but I like it better. If doing it again I might make each row an increase row instead of doing the rows without increases in between to add height to the cone.

Did the cone as follows:
Ch 3 SS to make a circle
Round 1: Ch 2, 5 HDC into circle, connect with SS (6)
Round 2: BLO, Ch 2, HDC in same stitch, HDC, (2 HDC in next stitch, HDC) 3x, connect with SS. (9)
Round 3: Ch 2, HDC around, connect with SS (9)
Round 4: Ch 2, HDC in same stitch, 2 HDC, (2 HDC in next stitch, 2 HDC) 3x, connect with SS. (12)
Round 5: Ch 2, HDC around, connect with SS (12)
Round 6: Ch 2, HDC in same stitch, 3 HDC, (2 HDC in next stitch, 3 HDC) 3x, connect with SS. (15)
Round 7: Ch 2, HDC around, connect with SS (15)
Round 8: Ch 2, HDC in same stitch, 4 HDC, (2 HDC in next stitch, 4 HDC) 3x, connect with SS. (18)
Round 9: Ch 2, HDC around, connect with SS (18)
Round 10: Ch 2, HDC in same stitch, 5 HDC, (2 HDC in next stitch, 5 HDC) 3x, connect with SS. (21)

sewed down three corners of the cone onto the hat

Made the teeth smaller and used Vanna’s Choice for the teeth yarn.
