8 June - casting on a shop sample for Purl City Yarns. This will be my first Zauberball project.

12 June - it’s growing very quickly! The colours so far remind me of an ice lolly. Or a tequila sunrise.

7 July - had a couple of weeks break from this project as I went to Glastonbury, but it’s now finished and in the window here at the shop. It’s so colourful that butterflies and small children will be drawn to the window display.

Citron is a great pattern, although as it grew and grew I started to lose count of where I should be increasing. As the Zauberball is so generous I kept increasing beyond what is written in the pattern.
