I got this skein of The Lamb & Kid “Birdie” during my visit to the store on Bainbridge Island right before Flock yarn festival in August in Seattle area.

I had a vision to make a dark on dark sample, so it reflects more texture vs the sparkle. But picked a burgundy color of the yarn instead of black, to go along with the black silk frost sequins from Sequins USA.

I love the outcome and I think I will wear this one the most this Fall!
