Saw the top on my instagram feed and had to go down this rabbit hole - granny stitch squares, turned into a top down pullower, was a no brainer for me.

Used this acrylic yarn I had in stash as I tend to try out patterns first using acrylic to determine if it’s worth investing yarn into it as crochet eats up a lot of yarn.

Squares worked up super fast. Assembly would have been faster if I had read the instructions correctly, but eventually I accepted I’m not smarter than the designer and I followed the exact steps in the pattern.

I made the XL size and had gauge on the squares. But I am a tight crocheter so it didn’t come out as loose as I had hoped but it fits well over sleeveless top or dress.
