I picked up this yarn while on vacation in Ponta Delgada, Azores. The shop is located on the 1st floor of a complex and is small. The yarn was primarily Mondial yarn and this cake of gradient yarn in black, gray and white reminded me of the Portas da Cidade, so I picked it up as my knit project for the airplane going home.

Used a super simple pattern such as this so that I could knit and read my audiobook. The yarn was a bit splitty and it won’t be a yarn I will purchase again.
