These are my May socks and I’m joining in the Book Sock Club hosted by Dehnel of Novel Knits and Sophie of Cozy Meadow Knits on Youtube. KAL is to knit a pair of socks in a yarn that matches the color of the book you are reading.

This title is the bookclub choice for our Library network and I thought the colors in skein form matched the cover of the book quite well. Love the book!

The color blend in the yarn resulted in socks that look different but they were knit from the one skein. I had planned to do some color management on them but then decided to just knit them with the color fade.

Heel and toes in the contrasting darker blue to match the yarn better to the cover of the book.
