This is a top I had planned to wear to the KWF 2024 yarn festival with hopes of wearing it when I met Isabell Kraemer. It wasn’t finished in time for it’s June 22nd premiere.

I had this top in mind to make for a while and then I rescued this yarn from my local charity shop. So the top ended up at the top of the queue. Initially knit the size 5 (XL) but after trying on the yoke, it felt too large. I decided to reknit it from the start and went down to a size 4 and so glad I did. There’s enough ease at the underarm that if I had kept with the larger size, it would have felt too much like an oversized sweatshirt.

This is another great staple for my wardrobe as it will work as casual wear or in a business setting.
