I found that the Lily Sugar ‘n Creme & Peaches & Cream cottons aren’t as absorbent as the Lion Brand Cotton-Ease, which is an acrylic/cotton blend, I used on the first turtle. It could be that they just require a few washes to get better, but in the meantime, I’ll stick with what I know works.

Because this yarn knits up smaller, I increased to 60 stitches for this one & knit 18 rounds even.

Fourteen stitches for legs, 5 rounds even, one decrease round, then 3 needle BO.
