I know I will be modifying this. The cable band is too wide, IMHO.

I CO 72 stitches with the Natural Dyed Yarn & did 4 rounds in garter. I left that on the circular needles, then CO for the triangle part with the gold yarn.

I modified the cast on for the bandana part - CO 3 stitches, then KFB, PM, K1, PM, KFB. After that,

Row 1 - S1, KFB, K to M, M1R, SM, K1, SM, M1L, K to next to last stitch, KFB, K1.
Row 2 - S1, P across.

After finishing the triangle piece, I decided I didn’t want the green band I had knit.

I did 4 sections, ending with the two variegated yarn rows, then bound off with the gold yarn. Without cutting either yarn I picked up stitches across the front with the gold yarn & size 8 needles , then did 4 rows of SS with the variegated yarn which used up almost all of that yarn that was left. I wanted it to roll to hide where I picked up stitches.

After blocking, I used the still attached gold yarn to do a 3 stitch I-cord on size 6 needles, 11”. I attached the gold yarn to the other side & did the second I-cord.

I love everything about this! All mine!
