Heel time! I’m doing Mock Short Row heel by way of Roxanne Richardson. I find it gives me the tightest, neatest results, while being able to not add additional rows to the front needle, and disrupting the pattern.

I can barely pull these socks on. It would be more comfy if I had normal feet and not high arches. I could’ve left longer floats to make it more comfortable, but they snag, so next time I’ll be making an all over stranded colourwork socks, I’ll start with larger size and decrease to a smaller size after heel. that way the sock will still be snug on my foot and arch will be accommodated for. Lessons learned.

These still fit, but barely hahah. They’re amazing tho.
